First Call Teachers is a dynamic, locally based education recruitment agency with a focus on delivering personal recruitment solutions to schools and teachers across the North East.

We work with Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the region and match our highly effective candidates to the positions required by local schools.

We are aware that schools already have a really tough time with growing expectations, limited resources and only 39 weeks in an academic year to make a difference. We are striving to make it easier for schools to access good quality supply teachers and support staff, who are highly motivated and well paid.

If you’re new to teaching on a supply or temporary basis, don’t worry. First Call Teachers will be with you every step of the way and will support you by finding a day to day, long term or permanent job in a school local to you.
