General information
Newcastle Carers provides support to unpaid carers who are caring for someone living in Newcastle upon Tyne.
We provide a range of information, advice and support services, including:

- Drop-in information and advice sessions
- Carer Cafes
- The Carers' Toolkit training and other training sessions

Our Centre is based on Shields Road in Byker and we also provide information and advice sessions and groups around Newcastle upon Tyne. We hold weekly drop-in information and advice sessions and Carer Cafes in the following venues:
- West End Customer Service Centre and Library
- The Lemington Centre
- Gosforth Library
