The Learning Community offer a variety of Work Based Apprenticeships and NVQ's at an Intermediate and Advanced Level.
At The Learning Community we work on a 100% Work Based Learning Model; this means that you do not have to go to college on day release to learn certain aspects of your Apprenticeship, all training is done in your workplace.

You can become an apprentice or undertake an NVQ as long as you are 16 years old and are working. Don't worry about if you have a job or not, we can help with that by placing you with one of our employers who have expressed an interest in having an Apprentice.
Apprenticeships aren't just for new starters, you can become an apprentice or undertake an NVQ if you are already in employment
