Rock n Roll Pull Out Bed System.

We are expert rock and roll bed manufacturers. We developed our bed system 5 years ago after seeing a niche in the market for a new bed system. Since then we have sold in excess of 4000 bed systems. We specialise in VWs but are able to manufacture beds for other vehicles, so whatever you require please be sure you get in touch with us.

There are some other manufacturers who are making close copies of our beds but using inferior componants. So for a Cannon's Forge bed come to Cannon's Forge!

We offer free fitting at our workshop to all our beds regardless.

In some cases we can fit at your place, we do a few south coast runs with our deliveries, in which case we will still fit for free. Just pay the delivery charge!!

We are based in North Nottinghamshire, but can deliver nationally and internationally should the need arise. With our top quality work and dedicated team you can be sure of the very best finishes around - we truly are the very best!

Van Conversions

We offer a full conversion service, whether you just want a new floor or a full conversion we can supply whatever you need.

You can have a conversion for a 3/4 width bed or a full width bed with a full width pod behind the front seats. You can also have a 3/4 conversion with a wider bed section at the rear to give you compromise between full width and 3/4.

We carry out flooring, insulation, ply lining and carpeting, windows, lowering and colour coding.

For the units and pop tops we use our chosen specialists ensuring you get the conversion standard you require.

We now also run Lavapod, the lightweight funky alternative for your van conversion.
