General information

We provide an environment rich in resources, both indoor and outdoor, from which the child will choose freely, according to their developmental drives.

Through the carefully prepared environment, each child will be able to develop at their own pace and according to their interests as they explore all areas of the rich Montessori Curriculum. With sensitive and empathetic adults acting as the link between this Environment and the child, they will be gently guided as they continue to develop and flourish.

At Milton Keynes Montessori the adults work extremely hard to create an atmosphere of calm and respect. The adults model this behaviour to the children at all times and also present grace and courtesy lessons, which encourage positive social interactions.

This non-competitive atmosphere fosters an environment where children are confident, curious, explorers and problem solvers. Milton Keynes Montessori aims to aid young children in their lifelong journey to become productive, knowledgeable and compassionate citizens of the world.
