In 1953 Wilhelm Sülzle segmented his long-established hardware company to his sons and son-in-law Heinrich Blickle. This proved to be visionary. The iron wheels used for hand barrows produced in the beginning, became modern rubber tyred wheels in swivel and fixed castors.
Typical Swabian virtues like diligence, the quest for outstanding
quality and a mind-set for continuous improvement of products,
enables us to increase the product range year on year. World
innovations and approved patents have helped establish the
excellent reputation Blickle currently enjoys. Today, the company
is run by Reinhold Blickle, son of the company founder. He shares
the same accuracy and vision as his father who knew how to
unify tradition with progression. The next generation has already
joined the company to maintain that vision for the future.
