When the best shoe matters. Our Footwear fitting service is all about getting you into the correct shoe for your level of training, foot motion and shape. The service includes

Accurate foot measurements length & width
Anatomical assessment including, achilles, 1st MTPJ (big toe joint)

Treadmill test run of footwear

Training level requirements
These elements will result in us being able to select for you 2 or 3 specific footwear choices.

This service is free of charge when purchasing footwear.

MOTION ANALYSIS
When you want to know more about how and why you move. Or if you want to check over your existing footwear/insole combinations. Popular with many local physiotherapists to get more detail on clients with persistent problems. The service includes all from the Footwear Fitting service plus

Digital video capture of running action in existing footwear/insoles
Flexibility and postural assessment
Foot pressure loading check
Summary report and personal exercise guide
Follow up session
The service fee is £25.00 excluding any footwear or insole purchase. Appointment booking recommended. Session time 30-45 minutes

ADVANCED MOTION ANALYSIS
As much as footwear can help a runner, better technique, improved posture and flexibility are key to moving better. With our UKA endurance coach this session gets down with 'how to move'. The service includes all from the Motion Analysis service plus

Multiple digital video captures of running action in existing footwear/insoles & barefoot
Posture analysis including balance, stability & dynamic movement
Run cadence & technique screen
Drills, warm up and cool down setting
Summary report and personal exercise guide
Follow up session
This service fee is £40.00 excluding any footwear or insole purchase. Appointment booking recommended. Session time 60 minutes

COACHING

Working with our UK Athletics qualified endurance run coach, we can offer one to one or group packages designed to get the athlete to move better, focus more and plan out training effectively.

5 x 1 hour sessions (spread across 8 weeks) Events focused training plan and weekly contact - £125.00

1 hour (technique based session) - £40

1 hour group session (focus can be lead by the group or selected by coach in advance) Max 10 in the group - £48
