With offices in Lichfield, Worcester, Lutterworth and London, Greenwoods has been providing consultancy services to the property industry since 1986. We have gained a reputation for no nonsense advice and retain a flexible approach to project delivery. We are based in the Midlands but work throughout the UK.

We have experience in all sectors of the industry and have provided services on a range of projects up to £50million in value. A large proportion of our work is repeat business, and we’ve worked with many of our clients throughout our thirty year history.

Projects include large mixed use developments, Residential projects, and Regeneration initiatives. Our education portfolio includes student accommodation and laboratories. We have extensive experience in the sport and leisure sector including golf clubs, sports facilities, cinemas, hotels and theatres.

We also have particular expertise in Conservation and Restoration projects and work extensively with community based clients, Building Preservation Trusts, Ecclesiastical Organisations, and Housing Associations.
