General information

We are a medium sized construction company based in the heart of York. We have just over 30 members of staff working in every trade from Construction Professionals & Management right through to Decorators and Landscapers, covering every trade in-between. Our company is based around the knowledge and expectations that our principle director, Clive Scotter, brings to every project. His expectations, with all aspects of the project are second to none and his vision on a completed project is communicated to the construction team either directly or through a site manager.
With this formula we have been able to grow our company from a small start-up team to the company we are now, capable of million pound bespoke homes, commercial restorations & extensions and church reorders, but still not losing touch with our roots by being able to construct a small single storey extension for your home. As a company, we are continuously looking for the next exciting development in construction. We are always aiming to use the latest products and methods to create a better, healthier, greener build. With this focus we have been members of the Green Register for nearly 5 years, are CHAS accredited contractors, NHBC approved contractors and multi award winning from numerous professional bodies!
