I have over 25 years management experience in a number of different industries and in the last 15 years before joining ActionCOACH I have been directly responsible for growing three businesses:- setting up and developing business systems, realigning sales and marketing activities, reviewing customer service, as well as team building and recruitment. My biggest success at the National Railway Museum achieved a massive 4000% increase, and increased my Team from 1 part-time employee to 5 full-time team members in less than 5 years.

I love working with people and making things happen! I also love a challenge and the opportunity to work through solutions with clients, gaining immense satisfaction from knowing what a difference I can make. Having been coached myself at the Bar Convent in York, it has given me an insight into the importance of helping business owner’s work “ON” the business rather than just “IN” it.

With offices and training facilities in the picturesque surroundings of North-East York, I am able to work with my clients on a face to face basis, as well as providing a great venue for all my workshops and seminars. I have been coaching for 5 years, and has so far helped over 35 businesses from a multitude of industries, including: retail, wholesale, import/export, manufacturing, service and IT to name but a few.

My goal is to inspire and enroll business owners from all backgrounds to reach their true potential. I work with clients on a one to one coaching programme, or group workshop environment and each week or fortnight we come together to celebrate successes and set new goals to move their business up to the next level.

Working with clients is all about developing a relationship and the relationship has to be right from the word go. I get involved in all aspects of my clients’ businesses, so it’s very important that they trust and believe in my skills to help them through their business and personal challenges. Two of my strongest values are honesty and integrity and interestingly I attract like-minded clients.

My ongoing training has taken me all over the world; I am a Master NLP Practitioner as well as a certified coach delivering Emotional Intelligence leadership training, which has amazing results in both the SME and corporate worlds.
