General information

My name is Guy Gilbert and I have recently set up my business in Stockton on the forest just a short distance from the centre of York and just off the A64. I was lucky enough to have been born in the beautiful City of York, be educated in York and to have lived in York - which I still do! There are, of course, many beautiful historical sites and artefacts in York from all eras of history and one cannot help but be inspired by these and think what wonderful stories they could tell; to say nothing of the craftsmanship and work involved with their creation. Hence my interest in antiques developed from a young age. Throughout the past year I have been sourcing antiques (and some more modern collectables)
