Woodford Homecare & Support Services are currently recruiting for full and part-time Social Care & Support Workers in Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. Successful candidates will be providing care and support to enable people with physical and sensory impairments, learning disabilities and elderly people to remain living independently in their own homes, encouraging them to maximise their abilities and overcome challenges. We are interested in encouraging people who use our services to become actively involved in their own care and support plan.
