Aviation Retail Direct have 2 shops at present. Our main shop is located in Hillingdon, not far from Uxbridge and close to RAF Northolt. This is where the baulk of our models are on display, and also our mail order department is run from this location. Here you can see a vast range of models from all the major manufacturers. Inflight, Aviation200/400/72, BBOX, Corgi, Hobby master, Herpa, Gemini Jets, Phoeinix, JC Wings, Aero Classics, Apollo, Witty Wings, Hogan Wings, Skymarks, Falcon models etc. We also have several manufactures exclusive to us, and these include Custom Desktop, PCM, Sky Classics, Skyfame, Small World, SM200 and our own ARD models. Models vary in scale from 1/500, 1/400, 1/200, 1/144, 1/100, 1/72, 1/48 and 1/24 are the regular scales. We can also custom make models in wood to suite your requirements in any other scale or size (within practical limitations) and these normally would include light aircraft, executive jets and helicopters, and these can now be offered with interior detail if required. We also have another store located on the north side of Heathrow airport, next to the Renaissance hotel. This has a very good range of civil airliner models from many manufacturers in 1/500, 1/400, 1/200 plus others. This is where we also keep our extensive range of aviation books and magazines, both for the dedicated aviation enthusiast and people who just like aircraft as well as the profesional individuals working within the aviation industry. We also stock a large selection of DVD's here. You can also find a selection of things like airband radios, binoculars, and toys for the younger enthusiast and budding pilot/cabin crew.
