We offer Training & Coaching Programmes to help recruiters hit the ground running. Unlike other specialists, we can come to you, and can tailor courses to suit anyone.

With over 20 years' experience in recruitment we have developed comprehensive training and coaching programmes that will enable trainee recruiters to start billing within their first 90 days as recruiters.

Our 8 week training and coaching programme gives recruiters the skills, knowledge and experience to hit the ground running with reviews and analysis of performance continuing for a further 30 days to ensure placements are made and results are consistent.

For those of you passionate about a career in recruitment our 5 day intensive programme will get you up and running. With our help you will be assured to secure your first job as a recruiter in no time at all. We will even continue to support you during your first 90 days in your new job, mentoring and coaching you to ensure you start to bill in your first 3 months of employment.

What makes us unique is that every programme is tailored to individual's needs. The training is practical and interactive, allowing time to practice, implement and develop recruitment skills as you go along.

We are passionate about training recruitment consultants. Our courses are practical, interactive and support both existing recruiters and those who are new to the industry.

If you take part in an open course, you will be trained and supported over eight weeks returning to your working environment to practice what you’ve learnt. You’ll then be able to share you experience with the other students on the course to pick up tips and build your confidence. Then supported with desk side coaching for a further 30 days.

If you want a job as a recruiter we’ll give you an interview, check your references and train you in a five-day intensive course. We will then provide you with maximum support to help you find a recruitment job. Once in your new position we will continue your development for 90 days with desk side coaching.

We truly believe in all our trainees and want them to succeed. To make sure they capitalise on their learning we provide personal coaching and mentoring throughout their training so they maximise on opportunities and exceed customer expectations.

Alison Mannell MBA FIRP, the founder of Firebird, started her recruitment career in 1995. She has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, in both the public and private sectors internationally. She is so passionate about helping people succeed in their careers that she qualified as a Personal Performance Coach and became a Certified User of Thomas International’s Personal Profile Analysis. She truly believes in quality training and bringing the reputation of recruitment to the high standard it deserves.
