Our HR company started in 2008 and provides comprehensive HR support to companies in the South East and West of England. With a base in London and Devon, our experienced HR Consultants are well placed to provide commercial and expert HR advice to companies ranging from small start-ups, through to SMEs, charities, and large corporations.

Many of our clients outsource their full HR provision to us and we act as the day to day HR department, offering a service from HR administration and operational HR, through to strategic people management and organisational development.

We also undertake project work for a wide range of clients. Operating as an integrated and experienced team, the HR service we provide includes:

• HR strategy (workforce planning, succession planning, organisational development)
• Consultation and negotiation with unions and employee representatives or staff councils

• Managing difficult employee issues

• TUPE, redundancies, exists and changes to terms and conditions of employment
• Recruitment and selection (including advertising, interviewing and headhunting)
• Line manager training
• Day to day advice and guidance on handling difficult employee issues
• Managing sickness, including monitoring and conducting return to work interviews or trigger meetings.
