Mike Purkess has been an experienced DSA approved driving instructor for over a decade. During this time he has gained a great deal of knowledge and specialised teaching tips in order to help new drivers gain confidence and learn!
Mike has been CRB checked and offers a unique, patient and friendly service for many individuals including:
- Beginners (17+)
- Older Drivers with little knowledge
- Nervous Drivers
- Refreshers
- Previous Test Failures
- Pass Plus
- Pre-Plus for drivers aged 16 (at Westpoint, Exeter).
Mike has an excellent sense of humour and pupils will often have a giggle during their drive. He has a great rapport with teenagers, this may be because he had three of his own!! Mike is also well known for buying his customers an ice cream in the hot weather!!
