Timber frame, SIPS, (structural insulated panel systems) oak frame, post and beam and glulam frame are the core structures supplied by Building With Frames, serving Cornwall, Devon, the South West, UK wide and Internationally.

Each package can be tailored to suit the project, from stick build or timber frame packages to SIPS builds to achieve above level four on the code for sustainable homes, or simply to build to a high level of energy efficiency.

Building With Frames also produce a range of pre-engineered beautiful contemporary pre-engineered timber homes for self build, luxury homes and holiday homes.

As an offsite construction company, we design, engineer, fabricate and co-ordinate as many of the building components, prior to starting on site. No matter what the project is; sun room, garden studio, extension, loft conversion, farm building, school building, contemporary home, custom home, timber frame home, holiday home, oak frame building, glulam frame, post and beam frame or office.

We then supply kit only or supply and install, subject to the project and location. We also supply super insulated Garden Rooms either for a self build project or we can erect and finish your Garden Box. Off the shelf or Bespoke .
