General information
Yarg is a semi hard cheese made by Lynher Dairies in Cornwall. We make it in open vats and wrap the truckles in nettle leaves to mature. Our Wild Garlic Yarg follows the same recipe but is slightly firmer in texture with a gentle garlicky taste. Kern, our new cheese, is a longer maturing hard farmhouse cheese made to a Gouda recipe with Alpine cultures. All three cheeses are regular international award winners!
