Heart Of The South was established back in 1996 in Oxted, Surrey. In 2005 Sue the director decided to expand the business and relocate to Cornwall and opened a branch in Truro. We are growing from strength to strength and have expanded a lot over the years. We never want to grow to big as we pride ourselves on our person centred approach towards service users and our employees.

We provide support workers to all the big providers supporting adults with learning disabilities all over the county. We cover for sickness, holidays and whilst providers recruit. We have also, developed our private side of the business and have some of our own packages and we supply care assistants to them. Some of our packages are 24 hour 7 days a week whilst others are night sits and day shifts. We do a various amount of other things too. We employ child care professionals to do babysits, contact supervisions and also nannies.
