The NCPO is an ecumenical network committed to peace as central to the meaning of church community and the teachings of Jesus.
We are a broad group of organisations in the Christian peace tradition committed to furthering peace and encouraging our churches to support and join the peace movement.
We campaign on issues including high military spending. We believe that sustainable security could be reached through redirecting the billions spent on the military and arms industry towards climate mitigation, health, welfare, housing, education and aid.
