Everyone’s journey is unique and individual. We all experience a myriad of triumphs, tragedies and traumas and we carry these with us in mind and body. One event or chapter can affect your well-being and vitality, but it doesn’t have to effect the rest of your story.

Whether you’ve had an accident, are dealing with chronic or acute pain, are highly stressed and have difficulty relaxing or sleeping, or want to improve awareness of and connection with your body, I can help you write a positive story.

Birch Therapy Centre offers a range of gentle treatments that aim to ease, unblock and release you from the ailments that hold you back.

I am a fully trained, registered and insured practitioner of Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Reiki and Reflexology and I also offer wonderfully cleansing Hopi Ear Candle treatments. You can choose just one or combine all the treatments I offer to suit your individual needs. So, whether you are suffering from work related stress and need a quick ‘pick me up’ treatment at your desk, are suffering the strain of infertility, or have more serious health issues that you want to seek complementary remedies for, I am here to listen to your concerns and help rebalance your body and mind.
