General information
Our beautiful, thatched, traditional inn, just 12 miles west of Huntingdon and literally two minutes off the A14 is set in a sleepy farming village with rural views. Our large bar is an unspoilt mixture of oak beams, open fires and simple but comfortable wooden furniture. Through the bar is an airy Garden Room with a sunny and stylish patio garden beyond.
The Pheasant is run by Chef Simon Cadge and partner Gerda Koedijk. We serve great food, real ales, award-winning wine list, log fires and a herb garden; all delivered with a genuinely warm welcome. We are helped by John Hoskins, owner of nearby The Old Bridge at Huntingdon, whose family have been involved at The Pheasant for 50 years now.
We offer both a full menu and snacks and are open Tuesday through to Sunday lunch. You are as welcome for a pint (Adnams or Nene Valley Bitter) and some homemade crisps as you are for a full meal.
If you're flying in, then you can literally land on the airstrip right near our inn - perfect!

The Pheasant is shut Sunday evening and Monday, but can be booked for a private party. Open on Bank Holiday Monday lunch.
