First and foremost I am a lover of animals and believe their needs and happiness are just as important as our own. The founding principle of my salon are the five welfare needs of all animals.
These are:
Freedom from fear & stress.
Freedom from pain, injury & disease.
Freedom from hunger & thirst.
Freedom from discomfort.
Freedom to express normal behaviour.
My philosophy in life is that you should treat people as you expect to be treated yourself. I believe if you act with integrity, fairness and loyalty and are reliable and consistent in these traits you will be a happier person. So this is the approach I take with all of my clients and their pets. I doesn't cost to be nice or to treat people and animals with respect.
