Blue Asia enters its 15th year, the Indian restaurant, in the Heart of uckfield, east sussex, continues to be instrumental in changing perceptions of the subconbtinent’s cuisine.

We at the Blue Asia Indian Restaurant Uckfield East Sussex, want to bring more to this menu not by adding more dishes but using different combinations of spices from different areas such as Goa, Rajastan, Bengal and Kashmir bringing originality to every dish. We stock a huge amount of herbs and spice we also work with 3/4 chefs each from different backgrounds with different knowledge and experience creating the best in Indian food.
