Up until January 2003 RMI Services was known as Kersten Promotions.

Kersten was set up in 1956 by Fleet Street journalist Stephen Kersten. From his experience of running competitions in his daily newspaper Stephen came to the conclusion that there was room for a company that specialised in competition judging and other forms of promotional handling and Kersten Promotions was the result.

Based in Uckfield, East Sussex, RMI is a dynamic company that specialises in coupon redemption, promotional fulfilment, database management, on-line services, laser print production, contract packaging, marketing analysis, e-couponing and e-fulfilment.
