Sussex Support Service aims to provide a good value, flexible person-centred & responsive support for people with dementia, by providing choice about the care & support they need, promoting independence in everyday tasks and have friendly comfortable settings to meet with others to enjoy activites. We hope this will increase a feeling of general of wellbeing and provide carers with a well earned break.
Our experienced, trained staff will work with each individual and their carers to create a personal support plan which will help us develop a better understanding of the individual and enable us to tailor our service to meet their needs and wishes. This plan can change as needs change and will be reviewed regularly.
