Children's Scrapstore Taunton is an organisation that collects safe clean scrap from business and industry. Only scrap that can be used as a creative resource is collected. The scrap is stored in our premises, and members come along and collect all the resources they need.
What sort of things can I buy at Children's Scrapstore Taunton?
The Scrapstore is full of all sorts of colourful and safe scrap. Paper, card, plastic pots, tubs, tubes, netting, fabrics, rip-stop, foam and wood are just some of the regular resources. You may also find odd things like buttons or rubber gloves and knee pads! The great thing about the Scrapstore is that every time you visit there is always something new. To shop, grab a black bin bag and go around collecting all the wonderful things you need and then pay at the till on the way out. The cost for scrap is just £7.00 for a black bin bag full. Less scrap costs less, more scrap costs more.
