General information

Game On was established in Church Street, Saffron Walden in 1997 and moved to larger premises in the High Street in 2000 to accommodate a larger selection of stock. We specialise in video games for PC, Nintendo WiiU, 3DS, Vita, PlayStation 4 and XBOX One. We have a large range of all gaming formats from new releaes back to old retro consoles of the 90's. We sell new and pre-owned games for all these major gaming systems as well as offering a pre-order and reservation service, and can often get hold of hard to obtain titles.

We offer an in-store repair service for scratched discs and most games and DVD’s can be restored to workable condition for under £5.00. We also have offsite repairers who fix our consoles and laptops.

We are increasing our toy and game selection, currently we stock LEGO, Playmobil, Magic the Gathering, Pokémon, Dungeon’s & Dragons, Remote Control Cars and Helicopters, Hornby, Airfix, Sylvanian Famalies, Jigsaws and many Board Games.

Game On also stocks the full Games Workshop range of miniature figurines and accessories, and has in-store gaming every Sunday. Here gamers can learn to play and paint their models in a safe friendly environment. Customers can also take advantage of the in-store gaming pods as Game On believes that playing great games and having fun keeps it’s customers coming back.

We only close three days a year (Christmas Day, New Years Day and Easter Sunday).
