Situated in this rural and tranquil setting, just outside Stockbridge, we offer you a traditional Free House bar serving a selection of cask ales and carefully chosen wines. Our restaurant offers an extensive menu ranging from bar snacks to specialities that change with the seasons, and an idyllic beer garden running down to the world renowned River Test.

At The Boot Inn, we strongly believe in using our high-quality local suppliers wherever possible and closely follow the seasons. The Boot Inn restaurant and bar menus reflect this ethos with freshly made dishes ranging from our succulent roast sirloin beef, grouse from the famous Millden Estate in Scotland, Test trout to Moules Mariniere and always imaginative and delicious vegetarian choices.

The Boot Inn meat comes from Stockbridge’s famous and award-winning John Robinson & Sons. Our soups and pies are delicious and homemade each day and our bread is freshly prepared and baked on the premises. When available, the Boot Inn fish is fresh and responsibly sourced from local sources.
