GLC Student Properties is a family run student accommodation company with quality student properties located in the heart of Swansea. We have for seventeen years been specialising in student properties in Swansea and it is because of this we have gained a unique understanding of student needs. We have throughout this period prided ourselves on providing Safe, Clean, and affordable accommodation with a Personal Service. To ensure we keep these standards, we have in-house maintenance and cleaning teams who ensure the smooth day to day running of the properties.
We currently have 82 student rooms, located over three prime locations in the Heart of Swansea. Each student property is very different, but they are all at the very high standard the GLC set.
