Back in October 2014, Matt Wheeler announced that he wanted to do something that was really challenging and that could raise some money for charity. It was then that he decided on the 3 peaks challenge, climbing Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scafell Pike (England) and Snowdon (Wales) within 24 hours. It seemed like a great idea so both myself and Matt Humphries said that we would join him!
As non of us are at the pinnacle of personal fitness, the next 5 months will see a lot of blood, sweat and tears! Find out more about our progress and the work our chosen charities do at www.deadlegz.co.uk
We are raising money for 3 Charities - Acorns, Birmingham Childrens Hospital and Foort Foundation. Just Giving doesn't give the option to split between 3 Charities automatically so the donations will go straight to Foort Foundation who will then split it 3 ways and send the monies to Acorns and Birmingham Childrens Hospital accordingly.
