What makes Gauntlet different to my existing

We pride ourselves on our qualityof service. You will have your own experienced Account Manager who will be able to handle all issues. You will receive an out of hours contact number in case any problems arise. Your Account Manager will work alongside a team of Claims Handlers to ensure that your claims are handled efficiently and proactively. If necessary they can also assist in appointing our solicitors, at no
additional cost, should any complex claims occur. Your Account Manager will contact you on a quarterly basis, ensuring that all claims are regularly reviewed whilst updating you in the
progress of any outstanding claims.

Why wait until renewal to improve my claims
experience?

Our friendly and helpful team have the resources to ensure that insurance companies negotiate and settle outstanding claims in the
quickest time possible. Reviewing this prior to renewal, you will be fully aware of the claims due to appear on your experience. A more accurate
claims experience results in an increased likelihood of us being able to reduce your insurance premiums.
