Endless Impressions fingerprint jewellery

Hello, I am Lyndsey - founder of Endless Impressions. I started working with precious metal clay in 2007 as a hobby making pieces of jewellery for family and friends. One day a friend asked me to make a piece of fingerprint jewellery for her sister who had just had a baby. From this one necklace I started getting lots of enquiries and decided to set up my own fingerprint jewellery business. I have been amazed by how popular my jewellery has been and it has enabled me to purchase a kiln with which to fire the jewellery. I believe my success story is down to one core aspect and that is that I am a perfectionist when it comes to creating a piece of jewellery! I will only be happy to send an item to a customer if I know they will be delighted by it so you can be certain the standard is always of high quality.

Once you place your order I will send out an easy to use kit with full instructions for you to take the impression in the comfort of your own home. Rest assured that my kits are easy to use and completely non-toxic. Our fingerprint jewellery kits contain an easy to use putty whereby the finger is pressed into the putty - it's a bit like play-doh! The hand and footprint kits consist of a special wipe which captures your prints onto a sensitised paper. Both kits can easily be used whilst your young child is sleeping.

Once I have received your order I will send out the kit within 2 working days. I will enclose an order form where you will be able to state what engraving you would like - this can be done on the front, back or both. You might like to have a name on the front and date of birth on the back. The choice is yours. Once you have taken the print, you just pop it in the enclosed pre-paid envelope and send it back to me.

Within 2 weeks, I will create your piece of jewellery and send it to you in an attractive gift box by recorded delivery. If you have a deadline, please contact me and I will do my best to accomodate your request.

As we are all aware, babies and children develop at different times, and the same can be said for their fingerprints! Some will have clear visible whorls when they are just a few months old and some may not be prominent until they are a little older. If their fingerprints are not yet prominent, you will have a lovely, unique finger dimple in the jewellery. Alternatively, you may want to consider a piece of hand or footprint jewellery.
