General information
Mamma Mia was founded by me, Saverio Santoro, whose home town is Bari, located in the Southern Italian region of Puglia. I moved to Scotland at a very young age to realise my dream of opening an Italian restaurant. I was very passionate to bring Italian cuisine to Scotland “just like my Mamma used to make”.
After many years of hard work, I achieved my dream and with the help of trusted chef Carlo, who also originates from Italy, we are confi¬dent of bringing all the best in Mediterranean cuisine, together with the fi¬nest ingredients and wines to help you have a wonderful and authentic Italian experience right in the heart of Stirling.
