Stone Community Hub

General information

Stone Community Hub is a registered charity dedicated to improving the lives of local residents by providing support and advice in times of need. We provide a place to meet and discuss opportunities and concerns in a warm, supportive environment.
SCH is the result of the merger of the Signpost Centre and the Stone Youth Café both of which have been under threat of closure due to withdrawal of funding.
The Signpost Centre welcomes more than 200 visitors each month. The Stone Youth Café runs 2 sessions a week for young people.
What Do We Do?
SCH provides essential support to vulnerable residents of all ages who live in Stone and surrounding villages.
We aim to give hope, build self-esteem and empower them to improve their prospects and live healthier, happier lives.
We provide: Employment Advice, A Youth Café, Health and Wellbeing Sessions, Advice on Managing Debt, Social Support via a free drop-in Café and a Food Bank for those experiencing temporary hardship.

How Can You Help?
We need to raise £20,000 to continue operations for the next 6 months.
