General information

CASS is a registered charity which provides confidential advice, information and emotional support and a range of other services to Carers living across Staffordshire. Services are free of charge and can be accessed by telephone or via this website. CASS offers the Living Well with Dementia Service in Southern Staffordshire; CASS Cafe at Penkridge

Guidelines

We want everyone to enjoy using our social media pages, so we have put together some guidelines to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable as a member of our community.

+Please keep comments relevant to the discussion topic
+Don't use bad language, which includes language that someone else may think is racist or sexist
+Respect everyone's right to an opinion, even if you disagree
+Protect your own confidentiality; don't post your address, telephone number or your email address on a comment
+Please don't post comments that can be deemed as commercial advertising, as these will be removed
+Comments which constitutes a personal attack against anyone, on any grounds, will be immediately removed
+Respect the privacy of other users
+Any statements or opinions posted onto the page are those of the person posting them alone and are in no way endorsed by CASS

We reserve the right to remove any message or topic, which we deem to be unsuitable for our community

We will evaluate any comments that break these rules on a case by case basis. If your message is found to have broken these rules you will be blocked.
