THE BOX is set to become Staffordshire’s Leading Wellness Centre, providing a full complement of services to develop, inspire and strengthen mind and body health and performance!
In a modern and unique atmosphere, we aim to provide original and quality services suitable for individuals, teams and businesses alike, at times that are accessible, and with prices affordable.
We are excited about the speed of our developments and the interest we’ve had from motivated and educated instructors, coaches and trainers who want to get involved in delivering our vision. As our centre begins to transform on a physical basis, we are very quickly building an exciting suite of services to offer you!
