We offer a private friendly & supportive personal training service from our studio. All abilities welcome including introduction to exercise. Our group classes include, Yoga, Cardio (HIIT FIT), Strength (FIT Blitz), Core (Abs FIT), Kids classes (Kids FIT) and our popular Introduction to exercise class (please contact for details) We also continually offer AM and PM 6 week fitness camps (FIT Camps), these are based on FAT LOSS. For Personal Training & Nutritional Advice a free consultation is required.
