UDL Estate Management, provides a professional block management service in Staines & surrounding areas. We are consistantly growing and now manage over 300 properties over 12 locations on this side of the business alone.

Please note our fees for Lettings:
Up to two Tenants £350, additional £150. All fees are inclusive of VAT.

A check-in fee applies and varies depending on the size of the property, please enquire for details. Check out is paid by the Landlord.
