In 2009, we pioneered a step-change in the delivery of legal services when Excello Law was established as a credible and sustainable new-model firm which addressed lawyer demands for greater flexibility, and client concerns over the cost, accessibility and quality of legal services.

In just eight years we have grown to become a national commercial law firm with over 80 fee-earners and annual turnover of £7 million,

We were one of the earliest pioneers of a truly agile business model. Our lawyers are totally free to work when, where and how they choose – either from regional offices in London, Liverpool, Leeds and Chester – or a combination of flexible, mobile or remote working.

By removing billable hours as a metric, and incentivising lawyers to work together in the best interests of the clients, we have built true collaboration and team-work across the firm. Lawyers are rewarded with a greater share of the fee income they bring in, encouraging entrepreneurship and lasting client relationships.
