When John Pass Senior opened his small Clock and Watch repair business on Nantwich Road in Crewe, he began what is now one of the most prestigious Jewellery and Watch stockists in South Cheshire.

As the business grew, the range of jewellery sold increased and high end Swiss watch brands were carefully added. Not forgetting the importance of being a family business, the aim was to provide everything from affordable Silver to high end Diamonds. This was complemented by a full range of Services such as Repairs and Valuations.

Today, the business continues this tradition under the watch of Andrew Pass, the third generation of his well known local family. We aim to be your families jeweller, providing you with Watches, Jewellery and Gifts for all the important events in your lives.

Keeping up with Jewellery trends, our Crewe shop features the only Pandora stockist in Crewe with a full range of Pandora Charms and Jewellery as well as Thomas Sabo, Links of London and Swarovski being represented.
Our Omega shop offers an extensive range from this well respected brand with TAG Heuer and Longines being amongst other Watch ranges that we sell.

Our Crewe store has a highly experienced and qualified team with many Gem and Watch qualifications between them who are able to advise you on your purchase or repair.

In 2013, we opened a new luxury showroom in a Grade II listed building in Newcastle Under Lyme in Staffordshire. Its sophisticated interior includes a prestigious Rolex room, being one of only two in the county and an Omega shop-in-shop for watch connoisseurs, while jewellery lovers can discover the world of John Pass fine diamond jewellery. The store also offers a range of on-trend collections from top fashion brands Links of London to Thomas Sabo.

The team in Newcastle Under Lyme are also very experienced and have all attended specialist courses at Rolex and Omega to enable them to provide you with the best possible knowledge of these.

Who we are: We began as a tiny clock and watch repairers over 60 years ago and aimed to help whoever came through the door, from the smallest stone to the largest grandfather clock
Today, three generations later, we still aim to give the best customer service and help with all your jewellery, watch and gift needs. We continue to offer the best range of brands in Crewe and now with the opening of our Newcastle Under Lyme shop we are bringing a new level of service for Rolex and Omega watches.
Andrew Pass and his team have many years of experience in the jewellery trade and a wealth of qualifications - we have two Fellows of the Gemological Association, a Registered Valuer, a Greenough Trophy winner, a Jewellery Awards winner and an Omega Grand Ambassador - these are among many qualifications held by the team in our desire to have the best knowledge and give you the best level of service.
Although the jewellery trade has changed a lot since we first began, we have moved with the times by carrying the latest brands such as Pandora, Thomas Sabo, Links of London and Swarovski, whilst still keeping true to our origins by offering prestigious Swiss watch brands such as Rolex, Omega, TAG Heuer and Longines.

Crewe: Our original shop is in Crewe and sells a wide range of Gold, Diamond, Silver and Fashion Jewellery, Watches and Gifts as well as having a Jewellery Repair workshop on the premises. We also have an Omega, Pandora and Thomas Sabo shop in shops and a wide choice of pre owned Watches and Jewellery.

Newcastle Under Lyme: This boutique style shop houses our Rolex showroom and offers a wide choice of watches from this prestigious Swiss brand and specialist advice. We are the only official Rolex stockist for the whole of the North Staffordshire area.
Omega watches also have a dedicated area within the store offering pleasant surroundings to make a considered choice from this exciting collection.
As well as having a superb Diamond jewellery collection, we also are the only stockist for Thomas Sabo and Links of London in Newcastle Under Lyme.
