We Slow cook the pig for 10 hours until the safe core tempereture is reached at our premises , we can then deliver to your party Wrapped in a heat insulated bag this gives the Hog a chance to rest and become as tender as possible , we can then serve to your guests , alternatively if we are booked for this service we can deliver the Hog for you and your guests to help themselves or deliver the pulled pork hog banquet this is a lower price due to self service
