GreenPad works to achieve good quality, sustainable student homes, for the future of our graduates and the future of the planet. We are an SU led lettings service, bringing local student accommodation directly to you.
GreenPads mean affordable student homes, insulated and double glazed as standard meaning less money being spent on bills and less CO2 emissions.
To qualify as GreenPad homes, each property is visited in person by our trained team, ensuring they meet the required standard before adding onto our website.

Our overarching goal is to create sustainable graduates, educating students on how to reduce their environmental impact and the impact they alone can have on our future with the choices they make.
