My approach is client-centred, based on careful listening and sensitive enquiry. It is never about fitting the client to suit the methods - methods are tailored and adapted to meet individual needs, wishes and expectations.

Using hypnosis, combined with a range of other cognitive and psychotherapeutic techniques, I enable clients to overcome obstacles and discover their full potential, to work towards a better, more-fulfilled future, recovering forgotten abilities or discovering surprising and new talents.
