We are equipped with the very latest in smart technology and located right in the town centre, with the latest in touch-screen cardiovascular and resistance equipment from Matrix. Our fully qualified, experienced team will take you on a fitness journey Retford has never experienced before and all at really affordable price. Whatever your health, fitness, weight and slimming goals our virtually active kit, which is designed to fit your training needs, will support you in achieving your targets and longterm goals.
Every member has access to the latest fitness APP ‘membr’ from your phone, iPad, tablet or other smart device. This APP allows you to track your workout and with our specialist team to create and update your personalised exercise plan. You can even book classes direct from the APP.
From spin classes to personal training, and Krank classes to our impressive functional rig where the opportunities for reaching your goals are endless, MyGym is easily accessible and has full disabled access, including free 2 hour parking for all members in Bridgegate car park. Our Core Team:
MyGym is owned and run by Murtagh Mulholland. With over 20 years experience in the leisure and fitness industry, from council leisure facilities in London to managing luxury health clubs across the Yorkshire area, he has a degree in sports science from Brunel University and is a fully qualified fitness instructor. He has a passion for running including half marathons and endurance obstacle running. He recently completed the Man vs Mountain event in Snowdonia.

Your facility manager is Kat Kitson a highly experienced and passionate fitness expert. Kat has been involved in fitness from the age of 7, competing for local and national athletics clubs. With 10 years experience working within the Fitness Industry she has an unimaginable passion for Health and Wellbeing. With an array of Fitness Class qualifications and Personal Training she’s sure to make you achieve your goals.
