We also take great pride in offering all the garden information and help that you need to make the right choices and, if necessary, to 'hold your hand' as you develop your skills on the road to becoming the expert gardener.

The Bakker.com Facebook page is intended to provide a space where followers and customers of Bakker.com can discuss Bakker.com, its products and general gardening tips and interests. All comments, images, videos and other types of material that are posted by followers do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Bakker.com, its employees, or affiliates. Bakker.com is not responsible for any user content and doesn't endorse any opinions expressed by followers.

All users of the page must comply with Facebook's Terms of Use and also Bakker.com's Terms of Use for their Facebook page. Bakker.com does not monitor every post created by followers but insists that users abide by the following rules:

- Users will not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or violate the legal rights of others.
- Users will not publish, post, distribute, or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, obscene, incident, misleading or unlawful material or information.

PERSONAL RESPONSES

Bakker.com will endeavour to respond to all comments and questions that are posted within office hours (8.30am - 5pm) on the week day they are posted. Comments posted after office hours or at weekends will be responded to on the next working day.

Bakker reserve the right to remove a competition without notice.
The post detailing the competition will indicate how to enter. Entrants will be drawn at random and notified in the comments on the post. Entrants have 3 working days to claim their prize by sending a private message with full name and address. The closing date will be announced on the post. Due to logistical reasons prizes can only be sent within the UK. Each prize will only be sent once.
