For more than 10 years, I have had the pleasure of working in continuous improvement, in this time the methodologies used would change depending on the situation. Working in different countries, with different cultures, has given me valuable experience.

This site has been created to share some of those learnings, one thing that is clear throughout this entire time, is that the secret to making positive change is in people. I've seen so many intelligent managers working with good strong technical tools, only to fail as they do not engage their people. So the biggest piece of advice I can give, in combination with whichever tools you use, is engaging your people. Across the entire business, from all departments. Infect your people with the positive energy of continuous improvement, create ambassadors in your business so they can help you drive your Paradigm Slide.
