The Dog & Spoon is located on Westhouse Farm set in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside, with close proximity to bridleways, Doehill country park, Tibshelf ponds and of course the famous Five Pit trails.

Our pride and joy has been designed from the ground up, with the single aim of providing kennel quality over quantity and with the help from an international kennel architect those plans have been realised and the results speak for themselves.

Our large individual rooms have been purpose built to reduce stress and noise, allowing your pet to have all the comforts of a home environment.

Hope Valley, DerbyshireWe pride ourselves on the quality of care we give to your pet during their stay and are conscious of them receiving adequate attention.We have gone for keeping the number of kennels low in order that every dog receives the pampering, attention and care they deserve on their holiday.

With our secure exercise field, agility park and our covered exercise area your dog will never be short of exercise or things to see and do come rain or shine. We are ideally located for walks

We cater for all breeds, sizes and ages, each pet will have their individual needs met, whether that be cuddles on the sofa, walks across the fields, agility sessions or just relaxing in our wonderful surroundings.

We understand how hard it is to leave your beloved dog behind so we have cameras in every room. Our webcams will allow you to have 24 hour access to your dogs room so you can check in on him from time to time and see them after their fun filled day of adventure. Here at the Dog & Spoon we want your pet to have as much fun on their holidays as your having, after all it’s their holiday too!
