Longthorne is a name synonymous with excellence and represents the very best in English craftsmanship, whether you’re a keen shooter or merely looking for a heirloom of discerning style and traditional quality.

We manufacture our guns entirely in house in Northampton, England. In so doing we control the quality of the products we make. We source only the best ‘ingredients’, hand picked walnut for our stocks from Turkey and high specification steels, our belief is that you can’t make a quality product with inferior materials.

In addition to using excellent materials we nurture the traditional and modern skills needed to transform the materials into such quality shotguns, and combine experience and training to ensure the continuity of perfectly proportioned reliable shotguns, whether it be a shotgun from our standard range or completely bespoke.

As a company we are extremely fortunate to be able to utilise the artistic attributes of Chloe Stewart, a talented artist and daughter of James and Elaine who designs and administers the complex engraving processes needed to ensure an attention to detail which is second to none.
