Lamaleach Park Estates is set in a semi- rural location in the village of Freckleton. 2 1/2 miles from Lytham St Annes. We are a friendly, family run business and have been operating for over 50 years.
Lamaleach Park estates is a retirement park for residents to enjoy their time in a happy community atmosphere.
We have a thriving residents club that offers day trips out, coffee mornings, games and craft afternoons, bingo nights, special events. We also have a lovely woodland walk alongside a stream.
Lamaleach Park Estates have won lots of awards: Gold award, Northwest in Bloom, Best Kept Park in the North West, Silver Gilt from Britain in Bloom, David Bellamy Conservation award. We have three pubs in the village, an Italian restaurant, a modern doctor’s surgery, post office, shops and newsagents.
